At just 24 years old, Utsukta had recently completed her studies at Thompson Rivers University, full of hope and dreams for a promising future.

Utsukta wasn’t just a student—she was a friend, a sister, and a daughter who left a profound mark on everyone she met. The tragic accident that took Utsukta’s life also left her close friend, Bikash Bhandari, seriously injured and now recovering. The pain of this loss is doubled by the physical and emotional trauma faced by Bikash and those who were part of Utsukta’s tight-knit circle.
